 Power Back On At Madison County Criminal Justice Center 

EDWARDSVILLE — The Madison County Criminal Justice Center will be fully operational Wednesday after a power outage closed it to the public earlier this week.

County Board Chairman Kurt Prenzler said that the court dockets would resume at the facility at 509 Ramey St. as scheduled. The Criminal Justice Center dockets were relocated to the main courthouse on Tuesday. 

The outage was caused when a 1200 amp electrical breaker went out. After fixing it Tuesday the County Facilities Department made sure to bring the HVAC system back up.
