As we look to the coming year, we face several challenges and also find new opportunities. The pandemic has forced changes in the way we work and interact with the communities we serve. But this hasn’t stopped us from moving forward with several new work-based learning initiatives. We have quickly pivoted to virtual platforms to protect our customers and staff while still strengthening our regional workforce and the economy.

The board will continue to be focused on specific business segments, and coordination with our partners to maximize all resources available in order to serve all sectors of the workforce. Now, more than ever, is the time to make sure out-of-work job seekers and businesses have the resources they need to connect.
