For those struggling to pay rental arrears or those who need assistance with 1^st months’ rent and deposit, the Madison County Partnership to End Homelessness has several programs designed to assist individuals and families experiencing an imminent threat of eviction (prevention) or those literally homeless (re-housing).  These programs require an initial assessment of need and some participation in case management. Assistance is based on the minimum amount needed to prevent the participant from becoming homeless or returning to homelessness in the near future.
