Vaccinations registration fees:

| 1 Year Fee - Under 6 months old | $15 |
| 1 Year Fee - on a pet of any age SPAYED/NEUTERED | $15 |
| 1 Year Fee - on a pet 7 months or older NOT spayed/neutered | $35 |
| 3 Year Fee - Spayed/Neutered Animal (Must have 3 Year rabies vaccinations) | $30 |
| 3 Year Fee - on a pet NOT spayed/neutered (MUST have 3 Year rabies vaccinations) | $70 |
